BRANCH FROM THE ROOT OF JESSE
The Treasure of the Covenant
For all times, for all countries and peoples, mystical knowledge has been the main treasure, because the result of earthly life is inevitable death. Mysticism explained why a person lives on earth, so the form of the social system has always been determined by the people's idea of the afterlife. Through mystical knowledge, priests and prophets inscribed their national projects into the historical movement of time, so that their kingdoms flourished for centuries and millennia.
Conversely, in order to destroy any kingdom or national culture, first of all it is necessary to destroy the bearers of the mystical tradition - the prophets, as well as the material carriers of sacred knowledge — national libraries. As a result, the existence of the people is erased from the flow of time; it loses its spiritual power, weakens and disappears from the historical scene, because the power of the spirit lies in connections with the past and the future.
The preservation of the Christian faith in purity and truth was achieved by the holy fathers, first of all, through a mystical connection with St. Sophia, the Wisdom of God. And only in the second place — by means of fixed information in written sources. Libraries were constantly burning during various cataclysms, but the Church rose from the ashes every time, because the saints of the Lamb had a mystical connection with the Holy Spirit and the knowledge and wisdom given through Him.
Saint Sophia is the Angel of the Covenant, the bearer of the Project of God and the guardian of all the sacred knowledge of the Church. Through her mediation, the house-building of the grace of God is carried out. Through St. Sophia, a Christian can grow into any gift, gain an understanding of any topic and at any time restore the entire body of knowledge of Christian teaching from the Original Source. That 's what King Solomon says about this treasure: "I have learned without cunning, and I teach without envy, I do not hide its riches, for it is an inexhaustible treasure for people; using it, they enter into communion with God through the gifts of teaching" (Prem. 13:14).
The Prophet Samuel
When the people of Israel reached a certain spiritual maturity, the mystical tradition of the Jesse arose. Her mission was to synchronize what was happening on earth with the movement of heavenly forces, so that the people would not deviate from the ways of God. The Jesseites not only kept the faith of their fathers intact, but also creatively developed the Covenant Project, preparing the ground for the coming of the Messiah. They preached the liberation of the people from the bondage of the law and obtaining freedom in the Spirit. However, the ruling elite of the Jewish people lost their creative mobility, stopped in their development, stopped feeling the breath of the coming Lord and hearing the steps of the approaching new era. When the earthly movement of the people ceases to be consistent with the steps of God, it always leads to the greatest mistakes and tragedies of historical scale. The Jesseians received their name from the name of David's father. So King David himself, King Solomon, the prophet John the Forerunner, and the Savior Himself were Jesse. The last Israeli judge is the Prophet Samuel,

the one who anointed David to the kingdom also belonged to the Jesse tradition. During his lifetime, Israel so deviated from the faith of the fathers that it actually lost understanding of both the tasks of the Covenant and the goals of the Lord's election of the Israeli people from all others. Samuel restored the initial meanings of the Draft Covenant, founded the school of the prophets and directed the life of the people in line with the will of the God of Israel. This was done without books and mentors, solely through a mystical connection with the Wisdom of God.
The Prophet Samuel fulfilled the mission of the Branch corresponding to his era. Because everything was destroyed. Israel was defeated by the Philistines and the bearers of the Project of God were experiencing a profound crisis. Everything was so deplorable that the people of the Covenant even lost their main treasure - the Ark of the Covenant! And so, in conditions of complete emptiness (as it will happen again and again throughout the rest of history), a prophet appears and the restoration of the Covenant Project actually begins from scratch.
John the Baptist
A typical situation developed during the life of John the Baptist. Continuing to develop the school of Jesse, he was the guardian of God's project and saw perfectly well that the Jewish elders, as well as modern bishops, led the people of the Covenant completely into the wrong steppe. The spiritual and intellectual state of the national elite was in the utmost degree of obscuration. The scribes and Pharisees, having an external knowledge of the sacred texts, completely changed their original meanings and interpretations. John saw that the people of Israel were not ready to fulfill their main mission of meeting the Messiah. Therefore, he retired, not to the library at the synagogue, but to the desert, so as to focus on the living knowledge of God, to get undistorted knowledge from the Original Source, to restore the purity of God's Project and prepare a new temple not made with hands to meet the Savior of the World.
John the Baptist fulfilled his mission and restored the original goals of the Old Testament, so that the doors of salvation were open to all mankind and not only to Jews. In addition, he brought the practice of Jewish ablutions to a new level, translating them into a new sacrament that prepares the fragmented and mortal nature of man for the perception of the integral power of God.
Nowadays
In our time the Covenant Project is experiencing another decline. The spiritual-intellectual state of Christian pastors raises many questions. Modern scribes and Pharisees, with an external knowledge of sacred texts and rituals, actually turned their original meanings and interpretations. The situation repeats itself like it was 2000 years ago, when the Son of God came to his own, to the chosen bearers of the Draft Covenant, but He was not recognized, rejected as a stranger and, moreover, put to a cruel death as the sworn enemy of the entire Jewish people.
So in our days, the history of the world has come close to meeting with the Infamous Bridegroom; the arrow is at midnight, but no one from the officials of the right-glorious church goes on the road. They are dozing, lulling themselves with dreams about their great mission, they are doing their important things, and they do not know that at this hour the Savior is approaching the city all alone:
"But when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?" (Luke 18:8). "And he saw that there was no man, and marveled that there was no intercessor; and his arm helped him, and his righteousness sustained him" (Isaiah 59:16). The modern church has little in common with the original version of Christianity described in the Gospel. Many people see this, but few people understand the scale of the problem. Most simply cannot believe that the Orthodox faith is completely distorted, that the Holy Synod is a kind of assembly of ancient Jewish elders. And they are in fact the bearers not of a Christian project, but of an anti-Christian one. Despite all the external pomp, internally they do not know God, do not understand the tasks of the Covenant Project and openly serve the state system, called in the Gospel "the whore of Babylon".
And now, in our days, on the ruins of once again defeated Zion, from the dry land of universal apostasy, the Lord is sprouting another Branch from the root of Jesse. Our Cathedral is like the Jesse community located in the north of Israel, from where "nothing good comes"… We are rejected by the world, despised by the church officialdom, but we continue the work of the prophet Samuel, King David, the prophet John the Baptist and the Son of God Himself, because He is also a Branch from the root of Jesse.
The mission of the Council of the Branch
Our Community of the Branch fulfills the mission of the Prophet Elijah and prepares the ground for the coming of the Lord into our world before the Day of Judgment: "Behold, I will send Elijah the prophet to you before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that when I come I will not strike the earth with a curse" (Mal. 4:5-6). There are many unrealized prophecies in the Holy Scriptures that the official church does not deal with. But "a holy place is never empty" and "God is able to raise up children of Abraham out of these stones" (Matthew 3:9). The Lord has not abandoned the Russian people, He is reviving His holy Church from scratch, gathering everyone who wants to deal with the grandiose tasks of the Covenant Project. Our Branch Council is "the work of God's hands to glorify His name." We are guided by the following prophecies relating both to the entire Tree of Jesse and to our time: "And all your people will be righteous, they will inherit the land forever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, for my glorification. From the small will come a thousand, and from the weakest — a strong people. I, the Lord, will hasten to accomplish this in due time" (Isaiah 60:21-22).
"In the days to come, Jacob will take root, give offspring, and Israel will blossom; and the universe will be filled with fruits" (Ezek. 27:6).
"Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, and I will raise up a righteous branch for David, and a king will reign, and he will act wisely, and he will pronounce judgment and righteousness on earth" (Jer. 23:5).
"Hear, then, Jesus, the great priest, you and your brethren who are sitting before you, men of significance: behold, I bring my servant, the BRANCH" (Zech. 3:8). "... and tell him: Thus saith the LORD of hosts: Behold a man, his name is a BRANCH, he will sprout from his root and build the temple of the Lord" (Zech. 6:12). "In that day the branch of the Lord will appear in beauty and honor, and the fruit of the earth in greatness and glory, for the surviving children of Israel" (Isa. 4:2). "On that day, the Root of Jesse will become a banner for the nations; the nations will gather to Him, and His resting place will be glorified. On that day, the Lord will stretch out His hand for the second time to bring back the survivors who will remain of His people" (Isaiah 11:10-11).
"And there shall come forth a branch from the root of Jesse, and a branch shall sprout from his root; and the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and piety" (Isaiah 11:1-2).
